We are looking for someone outgoing, enthusiastic and passionate to join our HSE team to continue to provide the highest level of Health & Safety throughout the company. With training available and progressional opportunities - this role is perfect for someone looking to further their career within the HSE sector.

**Your main responsibilities include;**
- Conduct all forms of risk assessments
- Assist in investigating, monitoring and following up on site accidents/ incidents to minimise repeat occurrences whilst keeping records upto date
- Delivery of new starter HSE inductions, internal training programmes, briefings, and toolbox talks
- Conduct safety tours, site audits and workplace inspections to evaluate compliance and effectiveness ensuring records are retained to reflect findings
- Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety training and maintaining records
- Development of safe systems of work and safe operating procedures
- Lead/support monthly & quarterly group and localised HSE meetings across of the group.

**Desired Qualifications**
- NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent
- Graduate Member of IOSH
- Programme of continuous personal development
- Internal Auditor for ISO 14001:2015

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £31,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- HSE: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Nebosh (preferred)
- IOSH (preferred)
