As the Recruitment Consultant you will inherit a warm and active desk with a portfolio of high spending clients requiring specific talent to suit their business forecasts.

This Recruitment Consultant vacancy has the luxury of no business development, you will essentially become an internal recruitment partner for required employers and contracts.

You, the Recruitment Consultant will be rewarded with a regular salary review based upon performance rather than running a traditional recruitment bonus scheme rewarding hard work.

**This Recruitment Consultant Role will hold the below responsibilities**:

- To develop an in-depth understanding of the Rail division and technical and personal requirements of the key client portfolio.
- Build and maintain a strong customer relationship with the client, striving to add value throughout the process.
- Understand and ensure that working practices are compliant with all legislation, company, and client specific policies and procedures.
- To ensure compliance with the company's Quality Procedures.

**This Recruitment Consultant vacancy requires the below career exposure and skills**:

- Previous experience recruiting within the Rail or Construction industry
- Demonstrate client-facing skills, ability to present and control client meetings
- Exceptional resourcing and talent acquisition skillset from a previous recruitment role.
- Ability to effectively account manage multiple stakeholder requests
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance
- Strong client focus achieving high client satisfaction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per year
