**This role will have the following responsibilities**:

- Working in partnership with an experienced team of professional consultants.
- Market research will be essential to head-hunt any new roles in the market.
- Previous telephone experience would be ideal but not essential.
- Bright, enthusiastic and target driven, motivated by success and financial reward.
- A hunger to learn, develop and become the best in the Accountancy and Finance recruitment market.
- Exposure in sales would be advantageous.
- Strong and effective communicator with the presence to make an immediate impact.
- Entrepreneurial and keen to progress their career as fast as possible.
- Friendly & resilient nature with the drive to join a highly successful and driven team.
- Confident in building new relationships.
