Job description
Care is at the heart of everything that we do. Working as a Care Assistant within the Care team you will show warmth, compassion and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care. Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of people you are looking after. You will often be helping people to wash and dress, eat and drink, and go about their daily activities, but you will know what makes a difference to them and what helps to put a smile on their face.
**Townsend House**
Located in the Headington area of Oxford is Townsend House, offering high-quality and compassionate residential, early-stage dementia and respite care for 45 residents.
