We're currently recruiting a Team Leader (Night Shift) position at Marylebone Train Station (NW1 6JJ).

You will be responsible for the Supervision of Cleaning and Servicing of all areas and managing all Cleaning staff and rosters to the standards required during the night shift at Marylebone.
- **This is a working Team Leader role and you will be required to clean alongside your team.**_

**Key Responsibilities**
- To have a full knowledge of all areas which must be covered in the course of duty
- To manage staff rosters, absence cover, leave requests in conjunction with the Cleaning Manager
- Ensure that all specified areas are cleaned to the standard required. All daily, weekly, and periodic tasks are carried out as required
- To have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and agents
- Awareness of COSHH and Safety Data sheets for products used, and ensure all staff are trained
- To ensure all cleaning equipment is kept scrupulously clean and maintained in good, safe working order
- To be aware of material expenditure and avoid unnecessary waste
- To report any maintenance defects to Management straight away
- To maintain high standards of operation hygiene
- To perform any other reasonable task requested by Cleaning Manager
- Previous experience managing staff and customers within a cleaning environment
- Personable with good communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Be flexible to work outside of contracted hours when required
- Have great customer service skills
- Have an excellent can-do attitude
- Possess a willingness to learn new things and progress when opportunities arise
- Have previous experience from within a similar working environment.

As part of this role you will be required to attend training courses, to keep up-to-date with legislation and Company policy and procedures.
