**The role **

The main focus of this exciting and challenging role is dealing with customer queries and requests relating to our Radius Connect Mobile Product accounts.

If you consider yourself a 'people person' and want to increase your level of knowledge and experience, this may be the role for you We are looking for a driven Customer Support Advisor to join our growing Telecoms Team in our brand new Belfast office

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Dealing with 1st line faults diagnostics for Hosted, Broadband and WLR product range, using web portals to diagnose faults and raise with Second Line / Service Providers
- Determine issues by evaluating and analysing information provided by customers
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Use of CRM system to manage customers’ requests
- To log and forward System and IT support calls to relevant departments

**What do we expect of you?**
- Ability to conduct effective troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and active listening skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to maintain stable performance under pressure
- Computer literacy MS Excel, Word, Outlook
