**Customer Support Advisor**

We are working on behalf of a leading energy supplier, to recruit for a Customer Support Advisor on a permanent basis. The role will be part time 2 ½ days per week (hybrid). The Customer Support Advisor role will be based in Airport Port Road in Belfast.

**Your new role as a Customer Support Advisor will include**:

- Provide clear, informative, and expert advice to customers
- Resolve any problems that the customer is having and identify any issues
- Showing empathy to customers at all times
- Updating any customer information
- Ensuring that all admin and reporting is conducted to strict deadlines and in accordance with the required processes and procedures
- Manage calls relating to customer queries in a professional and efficient manner

**What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Support Advisor**
- Strong administrator, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM with the ability to multitask
- Relevant customer service experience with a proven track record
- Excellent phone manner and the ability to resolve assigned queries in relation to customer accounts, services and bills
- Ability to work effectively using own initiative, good planning and organisation skills
- Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
