Professional Lead for Ahps
This exciting new role has been developed following additional investment to support the AHP workforce within the Integrated Care Service Line of West London NHS Trust. This is a fantastic time to join the Trust as we have recently integrated with Hounslow community health services, bringing with it a substantial increase in the AHP workforce. This sits alongside our existing suite of community and mental health services, representing a real opportunity for whoever is appointed into this role to shape patient pathways across the Trust and the wider North West (NW) London Community Collaborative.
If you are passionate about the delivery of high quality patient care, developing the AHP workforce and have a real commitment to work with stakeholders to improve everything we do, then this could be the role for you.
You will be an experienced AHP leader with the ability to build strong relationships, create a clear vision and have a willingness to explore the art of the possible. In return we can offer a support system comprising of a strong local leadership team and access to an extensive peer network of AHP leaders both across the Trust and the wider NW London ICS. You will receive professional supervision from the Associate Director for AHPs and you will gain access to the wealth of training and CPD offers that comes with working in West London NHS Trust.
We are really proud of our AHP workforce and we are looking forward to having the opportunity to add another leader to our community. Could that person be you?
Please note that the interviews for this post will take place over 2 days. A half hour stakeholder panel will take place via MS Teams on Monday 10 th February, and the panel interview will be held on Tuesday 11 th February in person at Trust HQ in Southall, Ealing.
