**THE ROLE**:
As a senior data analyst, you can expect to be heavily involved in the development of the business. Your insights and reports will lay the foundation for all decisions that are made within the organisation. You will use the data available across the mobileapps and website to discover trends, what features are most successful, and define and measure KPIs. You will be part of a team of enthusiastic and passionate individuals who knowledge share and help to develop each other's skills as well as work in line withmany other business functions such as IT, product, marketing, and editorial.

In specific, as a data analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:

- Help form and measure KPIs as well as motivate those around you to achieve results.
- Proactively look for important business needs and deliver relevant and valuable reports and solutions.
- Be involved in the creation of models, analyses, and A/B experiments.
- Work with colleagues within the product analytics and insights department to help further develop publishing platforms.
- Investigate if product features are resulting in desired use and behaviour and report these findings to stakeholders.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Strong working experience in either Python or R with experience in advanced and predictive modelling.
- Confident in using SQL and working with relational databases.
- Strong experience with software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Driven to continuously develop your skills and contribute to improvements within your own team and the organisation.
- Strong query skills and experience in using both front-end and back-end data tools such as Redshift, Looker, or Amazon.
- Legal authorisation to work in the EU.
- Proficient in English and Dutch
