**THE ROLE**:
As a data analyst, you can expect to use data to drive decision-making and report valuable insights to your colleagues and the brands they work with. You will use data to investigate what product features are most successful, track visitors across sites andapps as well as report integral insights and findings to the organisation. You will be part of a team of enthusiastic and passionate individuals who knowledge share and help to develop each other's skills.

In specific, as a data analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:

- Help form and measure KPIs as well as motivate those around you to achieve results.
- Proactively look for important business needs and deliver relevant and valuable reports and solutions.
- Be involved in the creation of models, analyses, and A/B experiments.
- Work with colleagues within the product analytics and insights department to help further develop publishing platforms.
- Investigate if product features are resulting in desired use and behaviour and report these findings to stakeholders.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Well-versed in either Python or R with experience in advanced and predictive modelling.
- Confident in using SQL and working with relational databases.
- Strong working experience with software such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlick.
- Driven to continuously develop your skills and contribute to improvements within your own team and the organisation as a whole.
- Strong query skills and experience in using both front-end and back-end data tools such as Redshift, Looker, or Amazon.
- Legal authorisation to work in the EU.
- Proficient in English or Dutch.
