**Key Accountabilities**:

- To deliver product by moving between and operating at least 3 different machines in 2 machine groups (saw, edge-bander & drill) within the department as requested and to achieve the required standards on all.
- To monitor tool life and machine performance and request replacements and maintenance in a timely manner so that quality and output standards are maintained.
- To adhere to all Company and statutory safety procedures and to propose potential improvement actions to the Team Leader.

To pro-actively stop any unsafe practice when observed and fully embrace a safety culture.
- To undertake all tasks to the defined quality standards and to escalate improvement opportunities.
- To follow the defined process for the task and to identify and raise any procedure or quality issues.
- To deliver the relevant department output target, initiating the reaction system in circumstances where achievement is at risk or missed.
- To monitor the throughput in the process and highlight any adverse circumstances that could affect the output to the Team Leader. - To contribute data and/or proposals to the Continuous Improvement Team so that the Company delivers customer satisfaction and business results.
- To accurately record job-related data in order that it can be used for performance analysis.
- To actively promote 5s activities and improvements with colleagues so that the Company maintains its quality and health & safety standards.
