With 10 years trading history Synergy Exchange are very well established in the foreign exchange market and we have a fantastic opportunity for hungry, career driven individuals to join our fast growing sales team. As a Junior FX Broker, you will work closely with our FX Sales desk, who will coach and guide you in lead generation and train you on analysing market data. You will be selling international payment services & Synergy's business funding products which makes Synergy Exchange very unique in the market as we are the only money transfer business to offer lending to SMEs as a principle lender, not a broker

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop expertise in foreign exchange and overseas payments
- Research and generate profitable new business
- Cold call prospects (make a high volume of outbound b2b calls each day)
- Generate meetings and sales for senior trading team
- Achieve monthly targets (New business/Accounts/Appointments)

- As a Junior FX Broker, we are looking for someone who has a professional, methodologically approach to work with a very keen eye to detail.
