**Job Purpose**

To co-ordinate the daily operations on the contract and delivery of core services*; encompassing resource planning, team performance and safety conformance.

*Core services delivered to clients include (but not limited to): Grounds Maintenance, Arboriculture, Waste management, Pest Control, Winterisation, and Interiors**.**

**Key Accountabilities**:

**Person Specification**:

- Experienced operational team leader or supervisor, ideally obtained within a ground’s maintenance organisation with geographically dispersed teams
- Demonstrable experience of managing daily client/customer relationships and service delivery
- Experience of supervising peripatetic teams and planning/implementation daily work schedules accordingly
- Experience of delivering on the job technical training and coaching
- Experience of operational asset usage and supervision (e.g., plant, fleet, machinery) within field-based operations

**Functional / Technical Skills**:

- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety, IOSH qualified or equivalent
- Basic IT literacy in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Substantial knowledge of core grounds maintenance activities

**About you**

- We’re looking for someone with a great work ethic, working with integrity and pride (in some stunning settings) at all times
- Valid driving licence is essential

Tivoli is the UK’s leading independent grounds maintenance specialist with operations right across the country. We provide generalist and specialist grounds maintenance services to various clients across different sectors including the MOD, local authorities, housing associations and corporate clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
