At Simplyhealth, we’re looking for enthusiastic, inquisitive and motivated people to join our team You’ll be speaking to our customers to help them understand the features and benefits of our health cash plans so they can claim money back on their everydayhealthcare.

This role is hybrid with 2-3 days a week in our newly refurbished offices in Andover. We have a fantastic, supportive team and will bespoke your training and development plan when you join. This is a great first step into a sales career so, whether you haveprevious experience or not, we’d love to hear from you

To be considered for the role, you’ll be naturally target driven and a fantastic communicator. We need people on this team who are passionate about healthcare and want to give our customers the best experience possible. Any Sales, Customer Service or Retailexperience would be great but what we really look for is the drive to continually succeed.

In Return

We’ll pay you a competitive basic salary of £21,730 to £23,850 (dependent on experience) plus:

- Prorated 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
- Additional £600 a year to upgrading existing benefits, buy retail vouchers for shopping discounts, signing up to memberships (for e.g. tastecard) and more
- Simplyhealth Core product: choose to either have our Cash plan or our Dental plan
- A fantastic pension scheme Our standard is 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you. If you decide to contribute 4% or above, we will add a further 4% which can either be used against your pension, an extra student loan payment or a contribution to a Rental orFirst Home deposit
- 4 x Life Assurance (with the option to increase
