**Customer Support Specialist Apprentice**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Update their internal databases with information on sticking points, and issue ownership.
- Analyze and advise CS Specialist of report findings.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with the CS team members.
- Follow up with the CS team to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Identify the needs of the business.
- Other ad hoc duties to support the Customer Service team.

**Qualities & Experience**:

- Interpersonal skills
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role
- Strong Excel skills required
- Experience using SAP software desired
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Teamworking - Frequently and consistently communicate and work with others in the interest of helping customers efficiently
- Multi-tasking abilities
- ‘Right first time’ attitude
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance levels.
- Quick learner

**Working Week**:
Monday to Friday 37.5pw

Salary £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience

Holidays: 20 plus 8 bank holidays and your birthday off.

Location: Pottery Lane, Ferrybridge, WF11 8JY

**Training to be provided**:

- Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)

**All Training will be carried out by Total Training Provision.
