We pay more than most adult social care providers and we believe that excellence should be rewarded. As a Field Care Supervisor you will work with our management team to monitor and oversee care in a specific area within our home care division.

You may be currently working in social care and ready to step up to a more senior position.

**Rate**: £11.20 per hour (£23,296 per annum) Based on Full time 40 hour contract
Mileage paid at 40p per mile

Paid every two weeks - Same Day Pay available

This is a client-focused and field-based role, where you will lead in areas such as support planning, medication, staff development and risk management. It builds on the skills you may have as a support worker or senior carer.

What does the role involve?

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be delivering care to your clients, but you will work with managers to ensure service users' needs are being met to the highest standard and that people are able to lead fulfilling lives with freedom and choice.

You will spend the majority of your time working alongside clients so you understand their needs and make sure they are being met.

**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Delivering care with the client
- Signing in and assigning medication
- Helping to keep care plans up to date
- Helping clients to achieve their goals
- Ensuring clients are happy and content with the service
- Responsible for promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing of service users
- Providing leadership to front-line care staff
- Inducting and assessing new staff members to ensure they’re compatible and have the skills and knowledge to work with your clients
