**We're looking for Fulfilment Assistants to join our Warehouse / Fulfilment Centre in Tonbridge, and support with general picking and packing tasks, playing a crucial role in our mission to create unexpected delight for our consumers.**
- Early Shift (6am - 2:30pm), Day/Mid Shift (10am - 6.30pm) or Late Shift (2pm - 10:30pm)
- Fixed term, temporary contract
- £10 per hour base rate, plus a pick and pack volume based bonus
- Tonbridge

**About the role**

You'll be a key part of our well-oiled machine, assisting by carrying out key day to day tasks in a specified area to assist the on-duty Supervisor in obtaining maximum operational efficiencies whilst maintaining regulatory compliance standards, as well as;
- Help manage the inbound, outbound & onsite stock movements inline with quality, warehouse and compliance policies.
- Assist in carrying out quality control checks on products arriving, being stored and dispatched from site.
- Report all non conformities to the line manager including, but not limited to product integrity, health and safety, quality & compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the broader Warehouse leadership teams and other departments in the business to deliver against planned and ad-hoc project deadlines.

**What will stand you in great stead?**

Experience within a warehouse environment will be ideal but not essential, and allow you to hit the ground running, as will an excellent level of manual dexterity, mathematical ability, prioritisation and IT skills.

Impeccable interpersonal skills and a good level of written and spoken comms is required, including the ability to appreciate and communicate clearly with a diverse team of talented individuals.
