**What's involved in this Care Assistant role?**

This position will require working alternate weekends and a minimum of two teatime or late shifts weekly.

Our clients live in and around the Tunbridge Wells area, and this role will assist with most aspects of daily living including:

- Help with personal care and dressing
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Help with medication
- Providing companionship and being the person that our clients look forward to seeing

**Essential Skills**

To excel in this Care Assistant role, you will need:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- You must live in or near Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, or the surrounding area
- Friendly, caring, compassionate, and supportive and can work well in as part of a team

**Desirable Skills**

Transport and a full driving licence will be helpful but not essential.
