These are exciting times for IAG Loyalty and our award-winning Contact Centre team, our resource planning team have played a pivotal role in delivering positive work life balance shift patterns across IAG Loyalty Operations, and continue to deliver industryleading initiatives whilst maintaining optimum resource. We are hiring for a Resource Planner to continue to drive real impact in these exciting times.

**About the role**

To design & embed the end to end resource and planning function ensuring the effective resource modelling of our front-line teams. You will own the design strategies, tools, systems and reports that will continuously support the business in driving and optimisingperformance. You will be providing analysis and operational insight for all business areas, consolidating information from data sources, developing reports, interpreting the results, turning data into meaningful information and knowledge to assist in decisionmaking.

**Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain accurate and robust short, medium & long-term multi-channel forecasts
- Manage all aspects of the capacity plan including recruitment plans to ensure high service levels are planned and achieved
- Communicate performance plans to the operational teams ensuring they are clear on the opportunities to maximise performance.
- Provide analysis & insight when variances to the resource performance plan occur.
- Build positive and long-term relationships internally and externally in order to drive performance improvement and optimisation
- Coach, develop and support other analysts, whilst acting as second in command to the Planning manager

**About you
Experience in a Resource Planning or forecasting position OR have a relevant degree in STEM and are able to manipulate and use data to forecast effectively

Demonstrable examples of innovation and continuous improvement

Confident ability to present complex concepts to a variety of audiences at different levels
