Accounts Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Utilise accounting software to maintain financial records accurately
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Prepare and raise invoices/match Pod's to invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data integrity
- Speak to subcontractors / chase POD's to keep our current invoice processing flowing
**Experience**:
- Proven experience working with accounting software Sage
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable procedures
- Ideally experience within the logistics sector but not necessary
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
