Heels & Brogues Group are currently working with an established logistics company based in Gateshead. Our client is going through a substantial amount of growth and are currently looking to add an Accounts Administrator to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Graduate looking to get their foot in the door or someone with a little experience who wants an opportunity to develop and progress.

Our client will consider Part-time and Full-time hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative duties to the team.
- Ordering office stationery
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Preparing customer contracts
- Processing and checking all purchase invoices
- Administration of all purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and statements
- Ad-hoc Duties as and when required by the client

**Experience/Skills**:

- Experience within Office Administration
- Previous experience with Data Entry
- Experience/knowledge of basic accounts
- Organised and proactive
- Ability to show drive and determination
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
- IT literate with solid knowledge of the full Microsoft Office package

This position is a Temporary contract which will result in a Permanent position after 12 weeks.

Immediate Starts Available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm, Graduate

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.91 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
