Neos Global Search is partnering with one of the most ambitious, high-growth tech firms in the North looking to raise the bar within its finance division with a high-calibre appointment, pivotal to driving ling-terms strategic direction across all financesystems.

Having gone though a PE investment and a number of acquisitions, the company is now building the capability of its Senior Leadership Team with the acquisition of a calibre Systems Accountant / Business Partner to drive operational finance capability. Facing-offwith key stakeholders across the Group, including Credit, Finance IT, Sales and Operations and the key tasks will include:

- Creating efficiencies and process improvements through standardisation; minimising off system processes,
- increasing controls and automation
- Having a strong customer experience focus and placing significant importance on the customer onboarding
journey
- Working closely with the relevant business stakeholders to ensure the design of the new solution is in line
with their requirements and will meet the expected business benefits
- Evaluating and planning for the business change, ensuring that the business receives comprehensive
communication and is thoroughly trained ahead of a launch
- Data Migration planning and delivery in respect of business impact, working closely with the wider team and
the relevant business area
- Ensuring that the implementation and testing of the new solution meets the business requirements
- Support the senior finance management team with ad hoc projects.

The successful individual will come from a finance background with extensive systems experience, or a systems expert with a demonstrable track-record of facing-off with finance.
