My client, a global manufacturing business, are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join the head office in Warrington - HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE.

Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, the Finance Business Partner will work as an integral component of the Finance Team, leading the way in FP&A and reporting duties. As part of a lean and dynamic finance team, you will participate in a broadrange of financial projects, financial modelling, cash-flow forecasting, month end and year end reporting, statutory accounting, as well as audit engagement and enhancement of reporting to external and internal parties.

Key responsibilities include:

- Take a lead role in all FP&A Activities, maintaining and developing reporting and forecasting models.
- Working with all Profit and Cost Centre owners across the business to gain insight into variances in order to drive commercial performance.
- Confident in presenting the outcomes of their analysis to a C-Suite audience.
- Take an active role assisting with Financial Statement review, audit and tax engagements with various entities across our global operations.
- Managing the compliance schedule and dealing with the audit teams on a day to day basis throughout external audits.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Some post qualification experience in industry
- Advanced Excel skills, strong data manipulation and ability to build models
- Solid core finance skills, ideally audit background
- A commercial and inquisitive mindset
- Confident presenting to senior level execs, and clearly explaining financial concepts to non finance
