The Customer Operations Apprentice position offers on the job learning that enables you to gain practical skills, experience and knowledge. VITEC apprenticeships are fully supported by QA - A recognised UK based Training provider.
This role supports the Customer Operations Team with the processing of customer sales orders from receipt of customer Purchase Order (PO) through to releasing the order for shipping.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and coordinate the processing of customer sales orders from receipt of customer PO through to releasing the order for shipping. This involves, but is not restricted to:
- Becoming an expert user on Salesforce and Epicor
- Providing digital support on Salesforce and Epicor for the Customer Operations Team
- Issuing of Service Level Agreements (SLA) Contracts via Epicor and tracking that these are completed to the timescale set
- Following up and monitoring returns of loans and Return Material Authorisation’s (RMA)
- Processing and issuing of customer Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and logging records on Epicor
- Updating Key Performance Indicators (KPI) trackers using MS Excel
- Checking data and providing operational support to the Support Plan Manager
And any other appropriate tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:
Enrollments in relevant training courses with QA during the one-year apprenticeship is expected and full support and guidance will be provided.
**Salary**:
£15,000 per annum.
**Working week**:
Monday - Friday,
9:00am - 5:00pm,
37.5 hours a week.
