A quality house builder are looking to recruit a Site Manager to work in Ashby De La Zouch,Leicestershire
The role:
Site Manager with full responsibility for managing a new build housing site for private sale in Leicestershire.
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and managing an Assistant and sub-contract trades, you will be competent and experienced in building homes in full accordance with NHBC technical standards.
Responsibilties:
Health and Safety Management will be paramount as you will control all aspects of the build.
You will engender a team spirit at all times, focussing on cost controls and timescales to deliver a quality built home that will delight customers.
Working in close liaison with the development Sales Advisor, you will help make sure that customers have an excellent experience in buying their new Home.
You will have a systematic approach to following the company's procedures.
You will liaise with all members of the team and ensure sub-contractors and suppliers are co-ordinated in an efficient long or short term programme. Demonstrating good communication and presentation skills, accurate reporting and an award winning attitude topresent the brand at all times.

An established house builder in Leicestershire. They build quality houses for sale on the open market to a high standard accross the East Midlands.
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either a Site Manager,Project Manager,Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager in a similar house building environment
