Salt has teamed up with a Globally Recognsied FMCG Giant as they build their e-commerce Team and support in their new search for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager for an immediate starting, min 6 month contract role - with huge intention for permanencythereafter

In this role, you will oversee responsibility for the ideation, planning, execution and analysis of A/B tests and personalisation campaigns using a host of data and testing platforms across a global suite of websites. As the CRO expert, you will ensure channelKPIs and business plan targets are achieved. This role is Outside IR35 role.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Effectively ideate impactful A/B tests and personalisation campaigns
- Assist with executing campaigns by briefing partner agencies and wider teams via Miro, Jira and Confluence
- Monitor and analyse live tests and personalisation campaigns and holding a consistent awareness of what is live on what market site
- Support in developing a fully holistic approach to testing across the company brand and help with strategic output
- Assist in the operations behind implementation of winning campaigns
- Support local market testing initiatives
- Support the wider Customer Experience team with executing their test and personalisation ideas

**Key Skills Required**:

- Hold minimum 5 years in e-commerce/digital, ideally in conversion rate optimisation
- Possess a great understanding of AB testing and personalisation programs
- Experienced and knowledgeable with CRO tools to setup, launch, develop a/b tests - ideally Optimizely or Adobe Target
- Experience of working with development teams and UX Design agencies
- Familiar with Analytics & behavioural analysis tools
- Effective communicator to market test ideas and influence test-related decisions
- Hold excellent presentation and slide building skills to showcase learnings, results, and capture interest and attention
