Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and book property valuations
- Book and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and manage sales progression
- Provide regular updates to both sellers and buyers
- Liaise with solicitors and other stakeholders to progress sales through to completion

Skills & Experience Required:

- Previous estate agency experience is desirable but not essential
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Competent with IT and property management software

Additional Information:

- Working hours include 1 in 3 Saturday (9am-3pm)
