Cambridge, United Kingdom Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust Full time

New investment monies have been targeted at the exciting development of this new role for a Band 7 Substance Misuse and Mental Health Co-occurring Conditions Lead.

This post will proactively address the pathway for effective delivery of services for this client group; identifying and challenging barriers towards accessing treatment to help service users get a more joined up service.

The post holder will work across the 2 key providers - CPFT NHS Trust and Change Grow Live (CGL) - the locally commissioned substance misuse provider.

You will provide leadership in both teams around embedding dual diagnosis policy into practice.

You will be confident at delivering awareness training to a variety of stakeholders.

This is a key developmental post which we anticipate will lead to broader improvements in service delivery for service users.

The post holder will be based within the Cambridge north adult locality team at Union House in Chesterton and will be line managed by the service manager there.

However the post holder will split their time and presence across CPFT and CGL teams. It is anticipated that the post holder will hold a small clinical caseload.
