Since 2008, Heavenly Desserts have provided the very finest in delectable sweet treats. We create desserts where each experience is crowned by a distinctive look and fine craftsmanship; our approach to serving delicious desserts is as sumptuous as haute-couture.
We are seeking fun, customer-focused and energetic BOH kitchen team members to join our iconic Heavenly Desserts store in Silverburn shopping centre in Glasgow on a permanent full-time contract. We also have some casual part-time positions available.
**_Job Summary and Mission: _**
To create the Heavenly Desserts experience for our guests by providing courteous, prompt service, quality beverages and desserts, and maintaining a clean and comfortable restaurant environment.
**_Key Responsibilities: _**
- Work as part of a large team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our extensive menu.
- To uphold the Heavenly Desserts premium service experience consistently for all our guests.
- Upholding compliance towards all health and safety, food safety guidelines, following policies and procedures and maintaining a spotlessly clean working environment.
- Must be available to work between the hours of 9:00am and 01:00am and have access to reliable transportation to get to and from the site.
- Prepare, present & serve our desserts to the highest possible standard for each and every guest by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
- Build relationships with fellow team members of respect and courteous, and be a proud ambassador of Heavenly Desserts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work place so that employees can locate resources and products as needed.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture and values of Heavenly Desserts.
- Communicate information to the Manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create a premium environment during each shift.
- Presents oneself professionally, be well-groomed, ensure adherence to health and safety rules and quality store operations standards are met or exceeded.
