**Spirit & Inclusion Programme Manager**
**Location: London, Paddington**

**Role purpose**:
As part of the Global team, manage the programme plan and support the delivery of Spirit and Inclusion objectives in support of the HR Strategy.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
- Programme and budget management; working closely with the team and finance on budget tracking and reporting. Manage and coordinate team programme plans and milestones. Partner with corporate communications to provide clarity on roadmap and timelines for Spirit and Inclusion events and milestones.
- Design and delivery of programmes or projects for Spirit and Inclusion including delivery of external research and benchmarking to provide insights on Spirit & Inclusion, delivery of training on listening/Spirit Beat insights and D&I, Spirit of Vodafone day, and Earn Customer Loyalty engagement programmes.
- Coordinate and manage HR Spirit and Strategy global engagement activities and events (Global HRD Summit, Global All Hands). Oversee content development, plan and event organisation. Support HR leadership events and communications.
- Oversee Governance and reporting for Spirit and Inclusion. Support preparation for key governance deliverables from data identification/collection to content development for reporting. Specific delivery includes annual and bi-annual reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders such as the annual report, external workforce disclosures and assurance processes and reporting.
- Support stakeholder engagement on Spirit and Inclusion including communications, presentations and development of virtual events.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Excellent project management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong teamwork and ability to give and receive feedback to colleagues, peers and managers.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different functional and geographical locations.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
