**Infrastructure Systems Engineer - Azure Cloud, VMware, Linux & SAN - London** **Azure Cloud, O365, VMware, SAN, and LAN/WAN Networking.Experience working with Azure (preferably) or AWS or Google Cloud platforms, Project Delivery, Microsoft, Linux and MacOS, ITIL v3, Incident Management, Microsoft 365, VMware/ Hyper-V Virtualisation, SAN Systems, Server Hardware Platforms, High Availability Systems & Failover Testing, Automating hardware and software deployments, PowerShell, Bash & Python scripting.** **£55,000pa to + Bonus + Excellent Benefits + WFH Options** **Benefits package includes Work from Home Options, an enticing KPI Bonus Programme, 28 Days Annual Holiday to Start, Company Pension, Company Health & Dental Cover, Life Insurance, Death in Service, Company Rewards and Travel Loans.** **Client HQ is a state-of-the-art new office in London's, West End - Includes WFH Options** A key player in the niche market of Fibre Broadband and Media Communications who are delivering best broadband services in the London area, this dynamic and growing Network Services Provider are seeking a professional, challenge orientated and focused ITInfrastructure Systems Engineer who has a proven Cloud Azure, O365, Linux (CentOS ideally, or Redhat or Debian) VMware and SAN expertise. **Your technical experience "will need to include£**: - Experience working with Azure (preferably) or AWS or Google Cloud platforms. - Demonstrable project delivery experience. - A working knowledge of Microsoft, Linux and MacOS operating systems. - Ability to work in ITIL v3 and Agile environments and incident management tools within an ITIL based infrastructure. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 - Demonstrable experience in virtualised environments (preferably VMWare Infrastructure) and SAN systems. - Proven ability to build and maintain Server Hardware Platforms. - Extensive knowledge & experience of High Availability Systems & Failover Testing. - Experience with automating hardware and software deployments. - PowerShell, Bash & Python scripting. **Your responsibilities will require you to**: - Take ownership for Azure Active Directory, Domain design, implementation & administration including O365 - Work with Azure AD to ensure security (using Bitlocker, Intune and remote device management). - Design, Build, Maintain and administer the office IT systems: Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Print Server Solutions and work with the Networking team to devise security policies. - Work within virtualised environments (preferably VMware Infrastructure) and SAN systems. - Prove your capability to build and maintain Server Hardware Platforms. - Knowledge gathering with business stakeholders to scope and support IT projects. - Liaise with vendors & suppliers to find the right hardware or software for the business. - Create Statements of Work and Project Deployment Plans. - Train and mentor junior IT Team members in the department. - Engage in Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing. - Engage with Physical Security Systems. - Design and implement IT infrastructure monitoring. - Maintain the software licence register to ensure compliance between licences owned and used. - Manage and control company laptops. - Manage the internal cabling for corporate infrastructure. - Develop and maintain company Intranet. - Create & enforce security policies on all company hardware & software. - Responsible for managing the Microsoft Licensing and ensuring Procurement are notified when the licenses are running out. **Additional Requirements**: - ISP experience would be great, but not essential. - Experience using incident management tools and working within an ITIL based infrastructure. - Microsoft qualifications: MCSE & Azure Administrator Associate. - Network qualifications such as CCNA or equivalent experience (Extensive knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Wireless, - Switching, Routing & Firewall policies. - Strong experience with design, deployment & migration of Active Directory (Cloud & On-Premises). - Strong experience working and maintaining relational databases (MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL, etc.). **Call Experis IT today on
