**Multi-Skilled Building Services Engineer**

**Location: Malvern**

**Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (Depending on experience)**

**Overview**

We have an exciting opportunity to join a science and technology organisation that operate in the defence industry. The company work across multiple domains including defence (Land, Air, Maritime) Cyber and Intelligence on a variety of exciting projects.

You will be work across the site which has a multitude of different types of buildings of which you will be providing maintenance support. You will find yourself covering a variety maintenance tasks which can involve air conditioning faults, PPM, testingand inspecting tanks, repair and RM on, emergency lighting, electrical faults, PAT testing, gas boilers, fridges and more.

You will be working on our industrial base near Worchester and will have the opportunity to learn new skills and develop into and array of different areas across maintenance and FM.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Provide electrical engineering maintenance support for buildings across the site, working on various tasks which may include PPM, reactive and corrective maintenance, installations, fault finding & fixing as well as buildings/equipment/vehicle inspections
- Prioritise of work projects to satisfy the business' needs
- Ensure all electrical and mechanical maintenance standards and the quality of work delivered are to a high standard and completed based on the expectations of the business

**Key Skills & Experience**

The following areas of experience would be desirable but not essential.
- Experience providing maintenance support (including; planned, preventive & corrective maintenance and vehicle/building inspections)
- Excellent Soft Skills for when dealing with contractors and other stakeholders on-site
- Work and engage with multiple departments and succeed as part of a team or independently where required.
- Full Clean Driver's Licence
