The main agricultural dealer for New Holland and JCB covering Central, Southern, and Southeast England is looking for an energetic and highly motivated Area Sales Manager. Along with a salary of up to £40,000 and an OTE of £50,000+, you will also receivea pension scheme, company vehicle, smartphone & laptop, and full training and support.
This is an exciting role to drive sales to the next level across all product lines. Based at the Newbury depot, this will be a hands-on territory-based role visiting and supporting customers daily and working closely with leading brands such as New Holland& JCB, growing market share and enhancing customer support.
**As Area Sales Manager, you will**:

- Deliver sales across all product lines
- Increase and surpass annual targets
- Promote and further develop customer satisfaction
- Lead commercial understanding with CRM, Retail Finance & Aftersales Packages
- Attend training events
- Proactively manage demonstrations
- Manage portfolio of customers within a given territory
- Operate within the companies H & S guidelines

**We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who has the following**:

- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong Agricultural Sales background.
- Excellent IT skills especially with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
- Goal /target orientated
- Highly motivated to succeed
