**VIEWINGS ASSISTANT-WEST BYFLEET-UP TO £25K BASIC SALARY DOE-CAN BE PART TIME OR FULL TIME**

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am - 6.30pm (there is some room for flexibility with the hours)

This is a very exciting opportunity to join a successful independent Estate Agent who is a market leader in West Byfleet. They require a Viewings Assistant to help carry out the high levels of viewings which are generated in this branch.

You will ideally have some Estate Agency experience already and will be used to dealing with all levels of the market place, especially the top end of the market

**You must have**:

- A car and a clean drivers licence.
- Ability to work on own initiative and alongside remote managers.
- Excellent telephone and people skills.
- Capable of organising and prioritising workload and meeting deadlines.
- Honest, reliable and friendly personality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.
- Ascertain applicants' needs by listening carefully to the details provided, probing where necessary to ensure all data acquired.
- Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest opportunity.
- Immediately advise suitable applicants of any new instructions, which may be suitable.
- Ensure all viewings are promptly followed up and that the vendor is immediately advised of the details
- Maintain full documentation of all applicants, their requirements and actions.
- Optimise every opportunity to secure valuations and to obtain Instructions.

**Skills Required**:

- Estate agency experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Accurate, numerate and computer literate.
- A team player with excellent organisational skills.
