**DESCRIPTION**:
Be part of an established and highly successful team in a fast moving market. We are looking to complement and grow our business in West Byfleet with a motivated individual used to being a team player and having a sense of fun. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading, independent estate agency group with 25 offices across Surrey and south west London, committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities:

- Conducting property viewings
- Providing detailed feedback to the office after each appointment
- Handling and managing keys securely to ensure the safety of client properties
- Organising and managing a busy diary of appointments
- Traveling to appointments throughout West Byfleet and surrounding areas
- Assisting with answering phones during peak office hours

What we’re looking for:

- Punctuality, politeness, and enthusiasm are essential qualities
- A smart appearance to represent our brand
- A full UK driving licence is required, as the role involves travel
- You must have your own car with business insurance
- No previous experience is necessary - just a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
