This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Progressor to join a thriving independent local estate agency.

You'll play a key role managing property sales through to completion, keeping all parties updated and ensuring the process runs smoothly.

This position is ideal for someone with solid knowledge of the property sales process, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Progress property sales from offer to completion
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents
• Monitor transaction timelines and identify potential issues early
• Keep all parties informed of progress and required actions
• Ensure legal and compliance checks are followed
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales or sales progression
• Strong understanding of the sales and conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised, thorough, and able to manage multiple cases
• Confident liaising with legal, financial, and agency professionals
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
