**Your Role**

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will:

- Define and execute strategic Digital Marketing plans to accelerate online sales and revenue.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, aligning their efforts with the company’s growth objectives.
- Manage the Marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously optimise our website for an exceptional user experience.
- Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and retention.

**About You**

We’re looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing leader who brings:

- Proven experience leading ecommerce teams in a high-growth, £10M+ turnover retail environment.
- Expertise in ecommerce management, digital marketing, and driving customer acquisition strategies.
- A results-driven mindset, with a strong track record of achieving sales, traffic, and conversion goals.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for developing and mentoring talented teams.
- Expertise in retail calendar campaign management
- Analytical expertise, with experience leveraging tools like Google Analytics to inform strategy.
