**Marketing Content Creator (Apprenticeship) Job Spec**

An amazing opportunity has opened up to be part of a new role as a Marketing Content Creator to develop our content and support our Sales Team, better communicating our unique story. We have already invested in a brand new studio for developing content, and need somebody who can take advantage of this and incredible content opportunities in our showroom.

**ROLE SPECIFICATION**:
Marketing Content Creator (Apprenticeship)

Reports to:
**Managing Director**

**Location**:
**Hybrid Working between Cambridge Showroom (3 days) and home working (2 days)**

Hours/Type:
**Full time, 15 months term with option to continue after successful apprenticeship.**

**37.5 hrs per week. Mon to Fri (occasional Weekends for events and activities)**

Pay:
**£14,500-18,500 per year (apprenticeship)**

**Purpose of role**:

- To profitably and efficiently attract customers and generate leads and sales by developing and disturbing high quality, engaging content across our various marketing channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining written content including product pages, static pages, blog articles to answer customer questions and attract search traffic (SEO)
- Capturing and selecting images to support telling our story
- Creating video content: short-form for social media and helping with long-form content for YouTube
- Contributing to a quarterly marketing plan
- Supporting Customer Service and Showroom Team when required by responding to tickets, selling accessories, collecting customer details and referring to demonstrators
- Creating and running outbound piano tuning campaigns to maintain the number of bookings to target
- Organising the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents.
- Organising events to increase awareness, create content opportunities, and collect new leads for the Sales Team.
- Preparing marketing reports and analysis to measure against KPIs

**Education & Qualification**:

- Educated to A-level or equivalent by experience

**Knowledge & Experience**

Essential
- Passion for marketing and genuine enthusiasm for learning to create high quality, engaging content
- Enthusiasm for and interest in music and in particular the piano and/or String instruments

Desirable
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail or hospitality
- Previous experience writing content, in photography, or videography

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisation, prioritising, and planning
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written communication Strong IT skills, full training will be given but you will be expected to operate a variety of different web-based IT systems.

**Compensation and details of Employment**
- Apprentice salary of **£14,500-£18,500 per annum**:

- Initial term of 15 months with option to extend on successful completion of Apprenticeship
- Hours 37.5 per week including 6 hours dedicated to training each week
- 20 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays (pro rata) and Birthday Bonus holiday
