With operational hours Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday 8am to 6pm, this role will be 4 days working from home and 1 day based in our Glasgow site.
What you'll be doing
- Establish the customers’ needs to diagnose and resolve problems
- Investigate complex customer complaints to find solutions
- Resolve customer complaints and queries within operational and client policies and procedures
- Use active listening, probing and questioning skills to make a judgment on the best solution or action to resolve the customer’s query
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer’s complaints within agreed service levels, targets and objectives
- Promote client products, services and solutions at all times
- Multi-task through the effective and accurate utilisation of various operating systems
What you'll need
- Financial Literacy (essential)
- Ability to work in a customer-driven environment
- Computer literacy with ability to speedily navigate various screens, systems effectively and have fast and accurate typing skills
- Proficient with MS Outlook and Excel
- Business writing skills
- Excellent knowledge of process adherence
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
- High motivation, drive to succeed with ability to meet and exceed targets
