Working ~38 hours per week, two day-shifts and two sleeping-night shifts, on a four-on four-off rota.

**The Role**

As a Homeless Support Worker, you’ll be a frontline hero reporting to the registered manager within the dynamic places department of their housing, support, and wellbeing service. Be an essential part of the team, working collaboratively to monitor the well-being of families and deliver top-notch support for parenting assessments.

**Exciting responsibilities include**:

- Collaborating with colleagues and the scheme/registered manager to ensure family well-being.
- Guiding families to achieve targeted expectations and contribute to fair assessments.
- Promoting good parenting by supporting positive habits and behaviour changes.
- Empowering families to take control of their lives and achieve key outcomes.

**Person Specification**
- Empathetic Listener: ability to listen, understand, and provide support to families, colleagues, and staff.
- Safety Advocate: Understanding the importance of safety and security for parents and children.
- Respectful Collaborator: Ability to work respectfully with families, colleagues, and other agencies, particularly during challenging times.
