Fancy working for one of the UK’s leading energy consultancies who specialise in the farming sector?

We are looking for an experienced and successful
** Commercial Sales Supervisor **with extensive knowledge of flex and export supplies and contracts. You will be helping to grow the business by managing a portfolio of existing commercial fixed import, export and flexible energy contracts while actively securing new customers. You will be selling additional services to existing customers and cross selling to other departments.

You will be supporting the Head of Contract Sales in developing and maintaining effective sales strategies and coaching less experienced colleagues with managing their pipelines and workloads.

Experience in the energy industry is essential, along with a proven track record of leading and coaching a sales team to success.

Based at the recently refurbished HQ in
**Kenilworth, Warwickshire** which is set within beautiful, landscaped gardens with an onsite gym, farm shop, cycling/walking routes and nursery, there is also the opportunity to work up to 3 days from home.

Working 37 hours per week, with a salary of
**CIRCA £35,000 +Commission **and benefits to include; Flexible working, 33 days annual leave (plus bank hols), pension scheme, group life assurance (3x salary), free parking and more
