This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Office Administrator to join our ambitious and talented team on a part time, permanent basis, at an exciting time as we continue to grow our business.
The role
Part PA, part finance whizz, part administrator, part HR guru, our Senior Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring our lives run smoothly.
You’ll be supporting the Senior Leadership Team as well as the rest of the business in all things administration, systems, processes and organisation. This is a part time role, working up to 25 hours a week across several days.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You’ll be an integral member of our team, supporting all our people to better allow them to do their best work, whilst you do yours. Your duties will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Supporting our COO and CEO in ensuring the smooth financial management of our business, including preparing and managing budgets, helping with preparation of monthly management accounts, and liaising with our accountants to oversee administration of payroll, purchasing and accounts receivable
- Managing our HR systems and processes, including managing recruitment and onboarding of new team members, managing employment contracts, managing absence and general HR system upkeep
- Ensuring policy and contractual compliance with all required legal standards relating to Employment, Environment and Health and Safety legislation.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team, including organising all senior team and board meetings, preparing management reports and supporting with other day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Managing systems and processes to ensure the effective administration of client contracts, providing a comprehensive audit trail.

- You’ll love working in a team but will be confident and content working autonomously too
- We need a confident decision maker; you’ll be able to identify problems and implement solutions in a calm and professional manner.
What we need from you:
Your attitude is your most important personal attribute, but it will help if you have a few years of experience as a Senior Office Administrator or in a similar role. Naturally, you’ll also need to be IT literate, a confident administrative professional and keen to get involved in all things Qrious.
