**We are looking for an upbeat, friendly, and confident Sales Support Executive to support clients, and assist the software sales teams here with improving their sales processes and productivity, plus doing some low-level add-on sales in areas likelicence renewals, IT support contracts, additional modules, software training, and product upgrades. Some knowledge of, or experience of working with Sage 200 is essential, as the solution is quite complex, plus there are lots of third-party add-on Sage productsto get to grips with.**

Base salary is up to £32,000. The work environment is hybrid, and you get a £500 allowance to help set up your home office, with your working week split between home and their new state of the art office between Billericay and Basildon in Essex. On top ofthat you get up to 30 days holiday, fully funded technology training for Sage 200 and Microsoft products, health insurance, free lunch once a week, and 2 weeks a year of personal development and giving back to the community or giving to charity days. You will be monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team as well as recording sales data and will identify bottlenecks in the sales processes and come up with ideas for solutions, create sales tracking documentation, ensure the sales team is ontrack to meet their goals, and be creative with your own ideas for selling add-on services to customers yourself.

This job could lead you into a career as an Account Manager or Account Director, or into ERP consultancy and implementation, depending on which route you're interested in. There are about 140 staff here; the company is still growing, and promotion prospectsare excellent.

Sales is one of the biggest drivers of the company's success, so they are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, enjoys doing things well and is passionate about providing real time support to help clients resolvesales-related issues, and encouraging them to look at additional products and solutions that could help their business thrive.
