**Warehouse Team Member & Order Picker at Direct Line Supplies**

Direct Line Supplies has been a key player in the food service industry for 35 years. We are looking to hire an energetic Warehouse Team Member and Order Picker to join our team.

**Job Role**:
**Order Picking**: Daily selection and organisation of goods, ensuring readiness for dispatch.

**Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

**Physical Activity**: The role involves heavy lifting and continuous physical activity.

**Performance Goals**: Meet and exceed daily performance targets.

**Competitive Pay**:£11.50 per hour**, with 1.5x pay on bank holidays.

**Work Hours**: Full-time, permanent position. Times will vary, 2-10pm and 6-2pm.

**Work-Life Balance**: Enjoy a three-day weekend with our 4-day workweek.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: At least one year in a warehouse setting.

**Physical Fitness**: Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job.

**Attention to Detail**: Precision in task execution.

**Availability**: Must be available evenings and weekends.

**CAREER PATH** **-** Start as a picker with the opportunity to grow into the logistics side and move on the path to a Class 1 Driver.
