Courier Driver

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate a delivery van or similar vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
- Ensure timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Load and unload items, performing heavy lifting as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups, including signatures when required.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning before each shift.
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including sorting and organising packages for delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record; experience in commercial driving is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 30 kg) consistently throughout the shift.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.

Pay: £474.00-£522.00 per week

- Driving: 1 year (preferred)
