**Operations Manager
- PCV Business**

A truly exciting opportunity for an operations manager to join one of the UK’s leading transport companies based in Norfolk. For over 75 years they have provided buses and coaches for private hire and public sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to jointhis forward-thinking company in a fast-growing field within the industry, with great opportunity for career progression and growth.

We are looking to speak with applicant who can demonstrate commitment, drive, and management skills along with willingness to contribute to this fantastic business.

**Main requirement for the successful operation manager**:

- Experience of day-to-day management of a large team of drivers and vehicles
- Capacity to deal with external, as well as internal, stakeholders
- Effective relationship builder, proven leader, capable of generating loyalty and high morale
- History of operational planning and scheduling
- Working within both service bus and coaching environments
- Demonstrates high personal standards and excellent communication skills written)
- Positive outlook, energetic and enthusiastic with an outgoing personality
- Strong customer focus and commercial awareness
- Capable of spotting and implementing improvements
- Management qualification and/or at least 3 years’ experience
- National/International CPC for PCV operations/PCV licence
- Sound knowledge of PCV legal framework (Both coach and Bus)
- Knowledge of applicable Health & Safety, First Aid, Fire Safety and Driver Hours legislation
- Enhanced DBS check

- Salary £38000 -£42000 per annum
