**Summary**
We are seeking an Administrator to join our transport team at Advanced Access Platforms Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by supporting various administrative functions. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- **Ensure compliance with health & safety, vehicle checks.**:
- **Liaise with drivers and ensure compliance with regulations.**:
- **Monitor fleet performance and maintain accurate records.**:
- **Handle logistics issues and ensure timely dispatch.**:
- **Coordinate with other departments to support business operations.**:
- **Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.**
- **Experience in transport admin or logistics within construction or infrastructure sectors.**:
- **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**:
- **Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.**:
- **Knowledge of plant equipment, haulage requirements, or permit systems (desirable).**:
- **Confidence working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.**:
- **Familiarity with software systems such as delivery booking platforms, TMS, or Excel**.
- **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Yearly bonus
