Project Coordinator/administrator

This National organisation is seeking an experienced and professional administrator/coordinator to oversee supplies, workload and schedules for engineers
Duties are varied to include:
- Maintaining and updating of records
- Purchasing of materials for various construction projects
- Monitor staff working hours
- Health and safety
- Liaising with management, engineers and members of Head Office and other sites
- Booking of meetings etc
- General admin duties in a fast paced environment
Person Spec
- Accurate eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task in order to acheive deadlines
- Some experience of working with Health and Safety
- Positive, proactive and flexible approach
- Self starter and able to set own priorities
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Flexible approach towards working hours and duties
Immediate start
Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
