Teaching Fellow in Leadership and Management

With a focus on high quality teaching and learning at postgraduate level this post is one of a number of roles in the Postgraduate Strategy Unit. The post is a dedicated academic role to teach on and support the delivery and development of, the postgraduate taught (PGT) professional development provision which has Chartered Management accreditation, working with an established team of academics in the Postgraduate Strategy Unit.

With ambitious plans for growth and engagement with public and private sector employers and third sector initiatives Coventry has implemented an innovative and exciting strategy to expand and develop its PGT provision. We have a key strategic focus in all areas of PGT relating to employability, teaching quality and growth. As part of this strategy, we have implemented these bespoke taught professional development modules in the majority of our PGT courses in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to embed inter-disciplinary learning in leadership and management.
