Huntswood is looking for experienced insurance complaint handlers to work on behalf of a well-known insurance provider in their Halifax office.

This role will involve investigating customer complaints by reviewing evidence to ensure the right outcome for the customer is made.
**Umbrella only recruitment** -This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this.
- Motor or Home insurance complaints experience is essential
- Experience with Liability and Repair complaints would be desirable
- The ability to work quickly and accurately in a target-driven environment
- The ability to manage their own time effectively, including the prioritisation and organisation of tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and flexible attitude
